We have 8x bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. We are family friendly and accept children of all ages. We offer a continental breakfast which includes toast, hot drinks, yoghurts, pastries, cheese, ham, fresh fruit and muffins. We have free limited parking at the front of the property (4-5 spaces) and free parking on the roads surrounding the B & B. Our location is down a residential street so it is quieter than the hustle and bustle of the town. We are also about a 5 minute walk from Bournemouth train/bus/coach station being near to transport links. There are direct buses very near that can take you to Bournemouth town centre, Christchurch, Swanage and the new forest is less than a 30 minute drive away.

When you walk out of the B & B we have a few cafes nearby as well as a few restaurants. Over the road there is a local shop a few supermarkets and a petrol station within walking distance. If you are heading to the beach we have Eastcliff beach which is about a ten minute walk away, if you are driving you can park along East Overcliff Drive. Bournemouth beach is less than a ten minute drive or you can simply get the bus a few roads down.
